I think most people would describe me as a very happy, positive person. I work long hours but I believe that a positive attitude is the first step to being successful. I've seen the market change significantly in the last 18 years of being in the industry, but I believe that there is always a solution to any problem... some of them are just hidden a little deeper than others.
