From our initial contact, when I provided my desired listing date, Ana and Steve visited my property and offered invaluable feedback to enhance its value. They provided comprehensive resources to complete all suggested tasks. A significant benefit of working with this team is that home staging is included in their fee. All suggestions from Lisa and Ana were well-received and implemented. In addition to the included staging, Ana and Steve even offered to cover the additional upgrading costs until the close of escrow, which was truly amazing. Ana was present for every step. We listed the home precisely on the promised date, and Ana immediately held an open house the first weekend, which generated several offers. My goal was to sell the home for a specific price and achieve a short escrow of 17 days or less. Despite a sudden shift in the market that caused properties to linger, Ana and her team held additional open houses, consistently bringing in multiple offers. We ultimately accepted a fantastic offer from ideal buyers and their agent. The communication between all parties was consistently clear and diligent. Eli in the office expertly guided me through all documentation related to offers, counteroffers, legal aspects, and escrow. Communication and documents were never delayed; everything was handled with remarkable efficiency and timeliness. We successfully closed escrow in just 15 days, exceeding our 17-day goal. When an incentive for an early close was proposed, some minor tasks needed to be completed at the house, and Ana even came over to personally assist me. I was incredibly grateful for her dedication and for taking time out of her busy schedule to help. I can honestly say there isn't one thing I would change about the team and their process. All parties involved were extremely professional and efficient. I can assure you, choosing Ana and The Ploetz Team to sell your home is the way to go.
